I first became aware of The SaaSy People because we were switching over as an organization from utilizing multiple platforms for project management to the monday.com project management platform, and The SaaSy People were definitely and continue to be a pivotal piece to that migration over to monday.com. they have helped us find very specific solutions for our workflows because our nonprofit work is very specific and so I definitely recommend The SaaSy People for your support court and helping organizations move forward specifically with nonprofits move forward with their workflows on monday. Video transcript: Hi, my name is Tasita Small from the small HR company. I am the founder of the small HR company and I wanted to share with you some information about how I have found working with the SASE people and the implementation of using Monday.com. Before using this system, we worked with Excel spreadsheets, trying to define what clients we were working with, how long we were working with them, for, what stages we were at, with each project. My business is a HR provider to television, film and theatre. So when working with multiple companies within the tv, film and theatre industries, it was quite a massive piece of information to manipulate or to work with for my team. And there are about between ten and 15 of us at any one time, and each of them work maybe on up to four or five projects each. So you're talking about a tv show with 80 people, or a film with 600, or a blockbuster with 1500, or a theatre company with 80 or 200 people. So lots of people within each project, and we're having to look at their training, their development, and log and note a lot of actions. So, like I said, timed up by the amount of people that we have worked with us. It was just a massive lot of information. And I looked around for a while to try and find a solution to help support the operations of the organization and found the SASE people implemented and can implement Monday. So the impact I've had, I've seen. Sorry, the impact I've seen from working with the SASE people is one we had someone who took time to understand what we do, what the business actually does, and then on top of that, they took time to understand how do we want this to work, what would be the best method for us, as opposed to force fitting what Monday can do and making us do it that way. I found it's actually, people were very good in listening and learning and making sure that it wasn't too much of a cumbersome change from working with spreadsheets, which are quite basic, to a system that has automation and alarms and alerts and all sorts. So that was what was good. And that's why I really liked working with the SESE people. The impact is ahead of my business. Second to none. We're organized now, we know where the planes are landing and how to land them better. And that's, I think the most important thing for me was to understand where we were at any one time, whether that be through dashboards, whether it be through numbers, whether it be through the boards that you have, and how you move things from one stage to another, really really, really important. My team also that use Monday.com have found it to be better than using an Excel spreadsheet and thank me daily for, you know, having a way of keeping up to date with what's going on in Monday, seeing who's inputted some information and who hasn't. And then finally I'd say that, you know, I'd very definitely recommend using this as to people just because of what I said at the beginning was around listening and learning and understanding your video, listening, learning, and understanding your business and making Monday work for you and not you work for Monday. I think for the future. Right now we're good. I think there will obviously be, as we grow, new ways in which we can adapt Monday to how we grow. But right now I'm just so happy with having it as it is. But know that if I ever had a massive change come along, I could speak to the sase people and they would advise me and help me around making sure that the next iteration of what I do with money.com would work for me and for my business.

We use Monday as our project management tool and like many small businesses, I was responsible for building it, managing it, making it work, and we've just had a nightmare with it. When I found the sassy people, it changed. I now have a fully functional system that automates a lot of the manual processes. Cutting down on our admin massively. The team and particularly Kurt have been amazing and I would absolutely recommend to anybody who is looking for some bespoke management systems for their business. The team were really good at actually making it work, but also in advising on processes that just made more sense than what we were currently doing. So really, really pleased, really grateful.
