Despite having monday.com up and running in our company for several months, we realised the team weren't using it all the time, due to lack of understanding and also how we had set up the CRM. First we asked The SaaSy People to look at our set-up and make some suggestions to improve the user experience. Some of these we were able to make ourselves, whilst others we used one of their team to do for us. Once the CRM was working how we wanted it to, we realised we needed some proper training for the whole Sales team. That's when Kirt came in. At lightening speed he got to grips with what we were trying to achieve, why we had set it up the way we had, and where our problem points/blockers were. We worked through them in real time with Kirt, making sometimes very simple changes that have subsequently made a huge difference to usability. The Sales team found it massively useful to have a monday expert in the room and to be able to fire questions at him! In the end, there was nothing Kirt couldn't help with.
